Alice Springs Police are investigating the unlawful entry of The Town and Country Tavern in Alice Springs yesterday morning.

During the early hours of Thursday the Town and Country Tavern was unlawfully entered and a large quantity of alcohol was stolen.

Police investigations led to the arrest of three males, they have been charged with:

Unlawful entry
Stealing

They were refused police bail and are to attend court today.

A 24-year-old female was later arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and is to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrate's Court when on the 5th of January 2010.

Police have recovered some of the stolen items.
