Police are investigating a series of incidents in which businesses were targeted in Alice Springs this week.

Police received a report of an unlawful entry at the Alice Springs Squash Courts overnight.

It appears offenders gained entry into the premises sometime after 10.30pm and during a six-hour timeframe when the offenders entered the premises three more times they stole a large quantity of liquor.

Earlier this week police received a report of an unlawful entry at the Heavitree Gap Hotel.

Offenders gained entry into the premises just before 2.30am on Monday and stole a quantity of liquor.

Police also received reports of an attempted unlawful entry of a room at the Aurora Resort on Liechhardt Terrace on Sunday night just after 8.30.

Members of the Property Crime Reduction Unit are currently viewing surveillance footage of the unlawful entries at the Heavitree Gap Hotel, Aurora Resort and Alice Springs Squash Courts.
