A 50-year-old male is to be summonsed in relation to a two vehicle crash that occurred on the Arnhem Highway last night.
Police were called to the scene at approximately 10:30 am approximately 10 km North of Corroboree Park Tavern.
It is alleged that a 50-year-old male driving a Toyota utility drove over the top of a hill and collided with the rear of a van containing two 20-year-old female tourists.
The 53-year-old male passenger of the utility received facial injuries and was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment.
The driver was subjected to a breath test and returned a reading of .099 percent.
He is to be summonsed to appear in court for drive medium range blood alcohol content.
