Alice Springs Police are calling for the occupants of the vehicle involved in the suspicious death of a man on Saturday morning to come forward.

The body of a 33-year-old Alice Springs man was found on the side of Schwartz Crescent at 7.30am yesterday.

A white duel cab 4X4 Toyota is believed to have stopped near a man walking along the side of the road and some of the occupants were seen to get out of the vehicle and engaged in a physical confrontation with the man.

Shortly after the man's body was discovered on the side road on Schwartz crescent.

Police are requesting the occupants of the vehicle to come forward and speak with them.

Police are also asking anyone who may have seen the vehicle or was in the area at the time to come forward.
