Alice Springs Property Crime Reduction Unit will conduct a three-day operation following a spate of unlawful entries if businesses last weekend.
Operation Trafalgar will start on Friday night and target areas that have seen an increase in criminal activity.
Senior Constable Michael Curtiss from the Property Crime Reduction Unit said the operation would focus patrols in the Todd Mall, CBD and Gap Road area.
"We are aware of and investigating the spate of unlawful entries on both commercial and residential properties last weekend, said Snr Constable Curtiss
"Operation Trafalgar will be targeting property offenders and anti-social behaviour, with a zero tolerance attitude.
"Members will patrol areas which have seen an increase in unlawful entries and criminal damage."
