Police arrested two drink driving motorbike riders last night and early this morning.
At approximately 9:00 pm a 26-year-old male travelling on Duke Street in Stuart Park was stopped for the purpose of a random breath test.
He was conveyed to the Darwin Watch House after producing a positive result, and returned a reading of 0.103 percent.
He is to be summonsed to appear in court at a later date to face charges of drive medium range blood alcohol content.
Another rider, a 31-year-old male, was stopped at a petrol station in Durack at approximately 3:00 am.
He was conveyed to the Palmerston Police Station where he returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.086 percent.
He will be summonsed to appear in court to face charges of drive medium range blood alcohol content, driving unregistered/uninsured/unlicensed.
