A 48-year-old male has been summonsed in relation to kava located during a search yesterday.

Galiwinku members attended the local airport on Wednesday to conduct baggage searches on passengers arriving on a plane from Ramingining.

Members subsequently located 3 kg's of Kava in the possession of a 48-year-old male.

The offender is summonsed to appear in Galiwinku Court June 3 to face charges of possess trafficable quantity of kava.
