Indecent assault – Darwin City - 4354759

Police are investigating an indecent assault that occurred early yesterday morning in Darwin City.

It is alleged that two female Korean Nationals aged 24 and 25 parked their white Mitsubishi magna station wagon on Kitchener Drive at approximately 9:00 pm on Tuesday (18 August) and went to sleep.

They were awoken at approximately 5:00 am the next morning (Wednesday 19 August) as two men attempted to enter the vehicle.

It is alleged that one of the males entered the rear of the vehicle and indecently assaulted one of the females before the other woman started their car and drove off, subsequently crashing into a parked car in front of the Vibe Hotel.

The males fled the scene in a white late model dual cab Nissan Navara, driven by another male.

One of the offenders is described as Caucasian male, early twenties, approximately 175 cm's tall, solid build, clean shaven and short dark hair.
At the time of the offence he was wearing a blue t-shirt with a white motif in the centre and dark blue jeans.

The other was described to be a Caucasian male, between 22 - 24 years of age, 185 cm's tall, thin build, clean shaven and short dark hair.
He was wearing a blue collared shirt.
