A 28-year-old male has been arrested in relation to an alleged home invasion that occurred on Saturday 21 February.

It is alleged that the male arrived at a location on Vigilant Lane, Berrimah at approximately 12:50 am, in the possession of a silver folding blade knife and demanded a number of his belongings.

He entered the residence and upturned several pieces of furniture before fleeing the area.

The male was later located and charged with unlawfully damage property, assault a person, assault/threaten with a weapon and was bailed to appear in the Darwin Magistrate's Court 5 March.
