Police and Saint John Ambulance personnel are currently in attendance at a fatal vehicle accident on Point Stuart Road approximately 60-80 kilometres from the turnoff.

Police were alerted to the accident which occurred at Swim Creek causeway at 11:00am this morning. It appears a rigid body truck was stopped at the creek when a road train carrying two trailers of buffalo collided with it.

Two the occupants were out side of the truck and the driver was attempting to re enter the car when the collision occurred.

The male driver has died as a result of the collision.

Crash Scene Investigators are attending the scene to determine the exact cause of the crash.
