During the early hours of Sunday 6 December, 28-year-old Matthew Braedon escaped from the low security facility of the Alice Springs gaol.

He is believed to be wearing either a green shirt or windcheater, jeans and boots or
runners.

Alice Springs Police responded and searched the local area and investigations are continuing.

The male normally resides in Hermannsburg however he may still be in the Alice Springs area and police advise that he poses no risk to the community.
