Drugs located – Marrara

Police

Members from the Special Operations Section have apprehended four males aged 23, 27, 30 and 33 in relation to drugs located yesterday.

Police attended a motel room in Marrara and conducted a search warrant, locating 125 grams of methamphetamine and a laptop computer containing child abuse material.

All three persons present at the time were conveyed to the Darwin Watch House and have since been charged.

The 23-year-old male was charged with possession and supply of a commercial quantity of methamphetamine and the possession of child abuse material and remanded in custody to appear at the Darwin Magistrates Court today.

The 30 and 33-year-old were also charged with the possession and supply of a commercial quantity of methamphetamine and remanded in custody to appear in court today.

Members later located a 27-year-old male in relation to the above incident and he is to be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
