Members of the Dog Operations and Drug Intelligence Units attended at the Greyhound Bus Terminal in Alice Springs yesterday and conducted checks on passengers and luggage.

Drug Dog Nugget reacted to the backpack of a 31-year-old man and a search located 202 grams of cannabis. He was arrested and conveyed to the Alice Springs Police Station.

The man has been charged with possess cannabis (trafficable quantity) and bailed to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrate's Court on 19 February.
