Police are investigating an incident that occurred on a bus on Tuesday night at approximately 9:00 pm.
It is alleged that a 57-year-old male was driving a bus along Parap Road when he stopped and was approached by a male boarding the bus.
The male produced a large knife and demanded money from the driver, before fleeing the vehicle and running down the street.
The incident was later reported to police.
The offender is described as a male of indigenous appearance, approximately 20 years of age, 175cm's, slim build, medium length dark hair and at the time of the incident was wearing jeans and a white and red sleeveless shirt.
