Police are investigating the assault on three males aged 19, 38 and 58 that occurred at Wirrinya Flats at approximately 3:15 pm yesterday.

Members attended the residence on Parap Road where it was established that an altercation had occurred between residents resulting in the 58-year-old male receiving head injuries and a stab wound.

All three victims were conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital.

The 58-year-old remains in a serious but stable condition whilst the other two victims have since been discharged.

Two males aged 29-years of age have been charged with assault causing serious harm and unlawful enter dwelling to commit a crime and are appearing in court this afternoon.
