Seven people have been arrested following the unlawful entry at the Police Social Club at the weekend.

Police received a report shortly after 5pm on Monday April 13 that offenders had gained entry into the club by breaking the lock on a side door.

Security footage shows the building was entered on five separate occasions during a period of approximately 90 seconds.

Offenders removed a large quantity of alcohol from the club's cool room.

Members from the Property Crime Reduction Unit attended the area and located and arrested several offenders shortly after the incident.

Five men aged between 19 and 21 have been bailed to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrate Court at a future date and two male juveniles aged 14 and 16 have been referred to Juvenile Diversion.
