Police have arrested three people in relation to the attempted unlawful entry at the Police Social Club on Wednesday morning.

Members from the Property Crime Reduction Unit apprehended the offenders aged 19, 19 and 15 after the three attempted to break into the club shortly after 1am on Wednesday.

The two adult offenders have been charged with attempted unlawful entry and have been bailed and summonsed to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrate Court on Tuesday 14 May.

The 15-year-old offender is alleged to also be responsible for a second unlawful entry at G&S Transport on Priest Street on April 20 and has been referred to the Youth Diversion Program for both offences.
