Two offenders have been arrested for the unlawful entry of a business in Alice Springs last week.
Police received a report of an unlawful entry at Jaycar Alicetronics in the Coles Complex at 1.30am on Saturday 27 June.
Police viewed surveillance footage of the incident, which identifies the two offenders smashing the front window of the shop with an iron bar, unlawfully entering the premises and stealing goods.
The pair stole 22 Ipod Nanos and three mobile phones worth $5848 and caused $350 worth of damage.
Members of the Property Crime Reduction Unit attended a unit on Bloomfield Street yesterday and arrested the 15-year-old offender, who was found using one of the stolen ipods.
The 15-year-old male was arrested by police yesterday and will appear in the Youth Justice Court today,
Police arrested a 20-year-old man this morning who is set to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrates Court today.
