Police are releasing an image of a suspected offender believed to be involved the armed robbery of a 14-year-old male in Millner yesterday.

Just after 7:00am yesterday the victim was waiting at the Brooking Street and McMillans Service Road bus stop in Millner. He was approached by an unkown male who demanded money while threatening the boy with a knife.

The offender is described as

A male of Aboriginal appearance
Approximately 30-years-old
184cms tall
Skinny build
Black collar length hair
Black beard and moustache with some grey hairs
Noticeable scars on one arm
Smelling of liquor
He was wearing a black Bob Marley t-shirt
Dirty faded blue jeans
No shoes

The offender was last seen leaving the area as a passenger of a dirty white troop carrier with the first two digits of the registration being 93, heading towards Bagot Road.
