Fight Fire Fascination Program request form

By submitting this form you agree, as the parent/guardian/case worker of the young person, to be contacted by Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service (NTFRS) regarding that young person's participation in the FFF program.

The program involves several visits with the young person by two specially trained firefighters to provide information about fire and fire safety. NTFRS keeps all information received confidential, except otherwise required by law.
