The Territory road toll has risen to 26 following the death of a 26-year-old man on Kurundi Road near Ali Curung yesterday.

It’s believed the crash happened about 20km from the Stuart Highway about 3.10pm.

The cause of the crash is unknown. Major Crash investigators have travelled from Alice Springs.

The road toll at the same time last year was 33.
