A 65-year-old man was yesterday arrested and charged with possessing and supplying of a commercial quantity of a schedule two drug.

Members from the Dug and Organised Crime Squad executed a search warrant at a property in Ludmilla yesterday afternoon.

Senior Sergeant Peter Schiller said during the course of the search officers located 1.9 kilograms of cannabis and around $4,300 in Australian currency.

The man was arrested and charged with possessing a commercial quantity of Cannabis, unlawful supply of cannabis and possession of proceeds of crime.

He was bailed to appear at Darwin Magistrates Court on 28 February 2013.
