A 41-year-old man will face court in Alice Springs this morning after he was charged with the alleged assaulted of a woman over the weekend.

Senior Sergeant Janelle Snigg said the offender allegedly stabbed a 32-year-old woman on 15 December inside a residential home in Trucking Yards Camp.

“The 41-year-old alleged offender was arrested at the scene and has been charged with unlawfully cause serious harm and aggravated assault.”
