Strike Force Trident have recovered a number of stolen items following a warrant execution at Anula.

Unknown persons unlawfully entered a Rapid Creek residence on Wednesday 4 September. Approximately $5000 worth of property including clothing, jewellery, electronics, banks cards, and passports were stolen.

On Monday 9 September, police identified a person of interest after the victim’s bank card was used at a business. Police subsequently executed a search warrant at an Anula residence yesterday and located the items stolen from Rapid Creek amongst other stolen property.

A 33-year-old woman has been issued a notice to appear for obtain benefit by deception. She is due to appear in Darwin Local Court on 14 October 2019. 

Police continue to seek the whereabouts of the remaining outstanding offenders.  Anyone with information is asked to notify police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Please quote reference number 9069333.
