Northern Territory Police have charged two males following a drug seizure in Nhulunbuy.

Nhulunbuy Police executed a number of search warrants on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. They located 21 grams of methamphetamine, 1 gram of cocaine, 27 Xanax tablets, and fake identification documents.

A 27-year-old male and 33-year-old male have been charged with:

  • Dealing in identification information
  • Possess dangerous drug (trafficable)
  • Supply dangerous drug (less than commercial)

The 27-year-old male has been remanded in custody.

The matter is due before Nhulunbuy Local Court in July.
