Call for Witnesses – Serious Assault – Jingili

Northern Territory Police are hoping to identify witnesses from an alleged assault which occurred in November 2017.

The alleged assault occurred around 12:30am on Saturday, 25 November 2017 at a house party in Jingili. 

A 19-year-old male was charged with the alleged assault which left the 17-year-old male victim with multiple facial injuries requiring surgery.

It is believed that a large crowd was in attendance and police are keen to speak to anyone who can provide further information about their observations. It is also believed that a group of females intervened and pulled the alleged offender off the victim. Police would particularly like to speak with these females.
