Youth Charged – Unlawful Entries – Alice Springs
Northern Territory Police have charged a 14-year-old male following a series of property crimes in Alice Springs between 3 and 15 January 2017.
Detective Superintendent Michael White said that the youth allegedly unlawfully entered four properties.
“On 3 January, the offender unlawfully entered a business in Northside, with co-offenders,” he said.
“On 6 January, the offender and co-offenders ram raided a business in Northside.
“On 15 January the offender and co-offenders broke into a business on Kennett Court.
“Shortly thereafter, the group unlawfully entered a business on Schwarz Crescent.”
He was charged with:
- Unlawful entry - building (x4)
- Damage property (x4)
- Stealing (x4)
- Aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle
He was remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Local Youth Court today.
